Quotas and limits
The annual quota of Peppol documents per plan, where to read the counters, what happens when the limit is reached, how to raise it and the network's other limits.
Every Novadesko plan includes a number of Peppol documents per year, counted separately for reception and for sending. The counters are visible in several places and, once the limit is reached, import and sending stop until you change plan. The volumes per plan are published on novadesko.com/tarifs and are not repeated here.
What is counted

Plans show the limit as "n Peppol docs/year"; some plans are unlimited in one direction, in which case the counter shows ∞ or unlimited.
Where to read the counters

In the apps, the text under the automatic import switch reads "documents this month". The limit applied by the server is annual, as shown by the Peppol Inbox and the plans.
When the limit is reached
Reception. The Import button becomes Limit reached and opens your subscription; the toolbar shows Limit reached · « Upgrader le plan » (upgrade plan) and Import all disappears. Automatic import stops; the documents stay in the Incoming tab, nothing is lost. On the web, the PDF preview and the download also redirect to the plans. An interrupted bulk import ends with "n skipped (quota)" and the Peppol quota exhausted window states: "Your annual Peppol quota has been reached. Upgrade your plan to continue."
Sending. Send via Peppol answers "Peppol quota reached for your plan." (web: Peppol limit reached). In a bulk send, documents beyond the limit are counted as skipped. The invoice stays at the Created status: you can send it by email in the meantime.
- Received documents stay listed in the received tab.
- In the toolbar, the limit reached badge replaces the import all button.
- You can still open a document to read it.
Raise the quota
- Click « Améliorer mon plan » (upgrade my plan), « Upgrader le plan » (upgrade plan) or « Voir les formules » (view plans) from the blocked screen, or open the user menu then Plans.
- Choose a plan whose Peppol docs/year covers your volume; the Summary shows today's amount.
- Confirm: "The change takes effect immediately with a pro rata calculation". Import and Send via Peppol become active again without any further action.
The full procedure is in Choose a plan. The counter resets to zero on 1 January.
Automatic import is not included in every plan: the block then shows « Import automatique verrouillé » (automatic import locked), "Available with a higher plan". This is a feature lock, separate from the quota.

No maximum size specific to Peppol attachments is documented. Files attached to a document follow the rule shown in the upload window (« Taille maximale : », maximum size).
