Choose a plan
The free trial, the quiz recommendation, the subscription assistant, locked modules and where to change your plan.
Novadesko works on a monthly or yearly subscription, with plans that include a set of modules, and add-ons that you add as you need them. You start with a free trial, and you can change plan at any time from within the application.
The free trial
When you create your workspace, you get 14 days free. The registration quiz applies the free plan and shows the 14 days free badge on the recommended plan. After the trial, a payment is required to keep using the paid modules; your data remains accessible.
Prices start at €19 excl. VAT per month. The plans and their detailed contents are presented at novadesko.com/tarifs; this documentation does not reproduce the price list, which may change.
Where to view and change your plan
- Open the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and click Plans. The badge on the right shows your current plan.
- At the top of the page, My Subscription summarises your plan and My Invoices lists your Novadesko invoices.
- Under Subscription Plans, click the card of the plan you want: the Summary on the right shows the monthly total excl. VAT, the VAT and the amount to pay today.
- If you have a code, enter it under Discount Code and click Apply.
- Tick the acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale and confirm. Payment is secured through Stripe.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing.
- Each card shows the price excl. VAT, the features and the limits of the plan.
- My subscription recalls the active plan of the file.
- Choose opens customisation, then payment.
Below the cards, Features included in this plan lists what the selected plan unlocks, and Additional modules the available add-ons.
The quiz recommendation
Before the summary, the registration quiz asks for an estimate of your volume: « Factures de vente à vos clients (par mois) » (sales invoices to your customers per month) and « Factures d'achat / fournisseurs reçues (par mois) » (purchase / supplier invoices received per month). Nova then shows Recommended for you with the suggested plan, its limits (Peppol receiving and sending, users, points of sale) and Other options. This card is for information only: you carry on with Continue with the free plan and choose your plan later.
The subscription assistant
From the plans page, the « Assistant Abonnement » (subscription assistant) asks six questions and recommends a package.

Click « Commencer » (start), answer with Next and Previous, then confirm the recommendation to reach the plans page with the package preselected.
Add-ons and locked modules
A module not included in your plan stays visible in the sidebar, greyed out and marked with a padlock. Clicking it opens the Premium Feature panel, which describes the module, its price and its conditions; Subscribe now activates it immediately, pro rata for the current month.

Some features depend on the plan rather than on an add-on: the panel then says Available from the Pro plan, for example for automatic invoicing. Bank synchronisation requires a Pro or Ultimate subscription.
On the free plan, « Mode simplifié » (simplified mode) is enforced (the user menu shows a padlock next to the switch) and the Documents module is limited to five documents per month, shown by the 5/month badge in the sidebar.
An add-on may offer a free trial from the Premium Feature panel. This trial can only be used once per add-on: the message You have already used your free trial for this addon. appears afterwards.
If a payment fails
If a payment fails, a red Payment issue banner appears above the content with the Settle payment button. You have a grace period; once it has passed, the paid modules are disabled until the payment is settled.
