Contact details
Address, phone numbers, e-mail, website and links to your social networks.
Two sections carry your contact details. Contact holds the registered office address and the ways to reach you, used on your documents and your public profile. Social Networks holds the links to your pages, shown on your public profile and your Nova VCard.
- Click Contact in the list of sections.
- Fill in the main e-mail address of the company.
- Add the main phone number.
- Enter the address of the website.
- The indicator confirms that all changes are saved.
What you will do
- Enter the full address and the country.
- Enter the phone numbers, the e-mail and the website.
- Add your social networks.
Contact
- Open Settings, Contact section.
- Enter the Address (street and number), the Postcode and the City.
- Choose the Country in the list (search available, flags shown).
- Complete the Main Phone, the Mobile Phone, the Main Email, the Website and, if needed, the Fax.
Each field saves on its own as soon as you stop typing.

If you have entered the VAT number in General Information, the Auto-fill from VAT button there suggests the company's official address. See Company information.
The full address (street, postcode, city, country) is required for the Peppol registration. An empty field blocks the identifier request.
Social networks
- Open the Social Networks section.
- Paste the address of your page in the field of the network concerned, starting with
https://. For WhatsApp, enter a number in international format (+32…). - The links save on their own less than a second after you type, confirmed by Saved.

Leave the networks you do not use empty: only filled-in fields are saved and shown.
On web.novadesko.com, the section is presented as a list with an Add a social network button: you choose the network, paste the URL, then click Save. A link without https:// is refused with the message "Please enter a valid URL (https://...)". The addresses entered here are offered by default in the e-mail signature and the Nova VCard.
