Other sections
Wallet, Place, Route Sheets, Point of Sale, SMTP server, Warehouses, Vehicles, Nova VCard and Sidebar: what they set and where to change them.
The nine sections on this page complete the main settings. In the desktop and mobile app, eight of them show the « Modifiable sur le web » (editable on the web) banner: their fields are visible but greyed out, with the mention « Configuré sur le web » (configured on the web), and the « Ouvrir sur le web » (open on the web) button opens the matching section on web.novadesko.com. Only Vehicles allows a few direct actions.
The fields listed below are those the app shows for each section. The exact layout of the forms on web.novadesko.com could not be verified for this version of the documentation; the known web labels are given when they differ.
Wallet
Payments and collections through Novadesko Wallet. The section is locked until the Point of Sale or Wallet add-on is active; the « Passer au plan Business » (upgrade to the Business plan) button opens the plans.

On the web, the Apple Wallet block sets the appearance of cards and passes: Merchant Logo, Banner Image, Background Color and Code format (QR Code or Barcode (CODE128)).
Place
Your public listing on Novadesko Place, the community directory and marketplace.

Route Sheets

Point of Sale

SMTP server
Sending Novadesko e-mails (documents, reminders) from your own domain rather than from the Novadesko servers.

Without an SMTP server, e-mails leave from the Novadesko servers with your name as sender. The web also shows the domain authentication elements (SPF Record, DKIM Selector, DKIM Public Key, Email Domain) to copy to your registrar to avoid being classified as spam.
Warehouses
Storage locations for stock management. Each company has a default warehouse.

On the web, Add Warehouse asks for the Warehouse Name, a Warehouse Code (generated if empty), the Address, the City, the State / Region, the Postcode, the Country and the Set as default warehouse checkbox. The only warehouse, the default warehouse and a warehouse holding stock cannot be deleted. See Stock management.
Vehicles
Fleet used for the route sheets and mileage expenses. The app lists each vehicle with its brand, model, plate, fuel, year and mileage; the Default badge marks the vehicle suggested for trips.
